What are your service hours?
We operate 24/7! Don't be afraid to call on evenings or the weekends. Animals don't take time off, and neither do we.
What prices do you charge?
Like auto repair, every job is completely different. But please give us a call, we will listen to your wildlife problem, and give you an estimate over the phone.
What is your service range?
We pretty much service a 40-mile radius around St. Louis, but we'll travel further for larger, more complex jobs. If in doubt, just give us a call!
Do you help with dog or cat problems?
No. We only handle wildlife. The county service deals only with domestic animal complaints, such as cat and dog problems.

Do you offer wildlife rehab?
No, we do not assist with sick or injured wildlife. We solve nuisance wildlife problems for a fee.
Do you exterminate insects?
No, we only handle mammals, reptiles, and birds.
Are you fully licensed and insured?
Yes, in the state of Missouri and beyond, and we carry liability insurance as well.
What do you do with critters you trap?
We pride ourselves on humane and respectful treatment of animals, while working in accordance with the law. When possible, we attempt to solve
problems without even trapping! We relocate trapped animals whenever applicable.
Have you ever been bitten?
Ha! A few times. Nothing serious. We are
inoculated against rabies.
